very small , pokey room. I have seen much bigger hospital rooms! Bathroom smelt like an open sewer and when I had the window open to try and air it out I got gas smells coming into my room. Don't know how you managed to get a 4.5 star rating. I would say it is more like 3 star at most. Gym- poorly equipt and pool that is advertised as heated was not.
I booked two rooms for two couples and the hotel was unable to find the 2nd booking. Reservation staff initially blamed Booked.net but later discovered it was their error. They simply hadn't turned the page!!!
I only stayed the one night and due to circumstances I did not have an evening meal at the hotel. I had breakfast. The place was clean and adequately furnished etc. I chose the hotel because I had a daughter as a patient at the Alexandra Hospital. It was a good choice for the occasion.
Went to the football not a 5 minutes walk as told more 20 minute
It was a good location and the rooms were bright and modern
The fact you cant open just a window you had to have the ranchslider open and then the motorway noise came in so you had to have the aircon on all night
The bottles of stuff in the bathroom were a cool shape!! Different from other hotels. The room was comfortable and well appointed.
The view of the railway line isn't very exciting, but that can't be helped! I didn't like the fact that the quilt on the bed was uncovered - a strange arrangement of a top sheet, then the uncovered quilt then another top sheet!! Is the quilt washed between each hotel guest???
the simplicity with booking and checking in and out, very straight forward nothing was too hard or and inconvenience to staff
Location was close to where I needed to be, The staff were very helpful in re-arranging accomodation to suit our requirements. Because we were able to share rooms, we were able to keep the costs down. Full kitchen facilities would be a bonus.
The restaraunt facilities were not available at times that we required them.
I liked location and I liked my room was so good .
we love just the time out at the chino, its comfortable and affordable and close to everything.
the only thing i would say i dont like would be if you dont get the a room over looking the pool and on a higher level it can be noisy from being set on the main road..but apart from that we love staying there.
Beautiful room with good tv's
Very convenient to city, university and public transport; quiet, clean and relatively new; onsite cafe/restaurant convenient and very reasonably priced for breakfast.
Good comfortable boutique size room for an overnight stay in the city
We weren't there long enough to make any bad judgement. Your cafe seemed to be very quiet. No customers.
excellent value, good location if you want to avoid the CBD
My only criticism would be the cost of hiring the DVDs in the room TV
For the price I thought the rooms were exceptionally well designed and pleasant. The staff we dealt with were all very good.
Little inconvenient location-wise. Rooms should be cleaned daily, not every 4 days.
